A beautifully detailed Mayan mask carrying the head of a BAALAM, jaguar in Mayan.

For the Mayans the jaguar was considered not only a symbol of power but also an ambivalent figure that was capable to live in light and in darkness, day and night and in the world of the living and the dead.

This ambivalence is perfectly represented in the contraposition of the colours on the dial and the outer ring, rich of Mayan numbers (represented by dashes and dots).

As with all BOMBERG products, every detail is precise and perfect: sapphire crystal, crown and pushers in our Bullhead configuration, as well as the logo on the second hand.
